Kelsey Asbille Chow is an American actress who came to spotlight after her performance in the Disney XD sitcom 'Pair of Kings'. Barbara played a role in the Lifetime's Army Wives TV Series, she guest-starred in the ABC show George Lopez and played a regular role on Sabrina The Teenage Witch. Barbara performed throughout all of the United States in Neil Simon's version of The Odd Couple for women. Barbara was a performer at The New Theatre, Kansas City Missouri at the end of 2012 with the play Social Security. The play ran for a few months in Jacksonville Florida.
