Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is a famous American actress and musician. Her fame is largely due to her theatre work, as Chelsea Daniels is on Disney Channel's That's So Raven. Anneliese van der Pol, is an American performer (female) is well famous for her role as a regular on the show That's So Raven. Van der Pol performed pop/R&B versions from The Lion King Circle of Life and Cinderella A Dream Is a Wish My Heart Makes, as part of The Disney Channel Circle of Stars. She also performed the Disney track Candle on the Water (from Pete's Dragon) for an edition Disneymania. Because of her broadway performance as Belle van der Pol recorded several songs heard in the soundtrack of the production, including the iconic A Change in Me.
